「紀念228—談蔣介石的責任問題」 | (Commemorating the February 28 Incident—On the Question of Chiang Kai-shek’s Responsibility )
Mixture of Tâi-gí and 中國話 could be the the major languages used in this talk. English speaking audiences are encouraged and welcome to raise questions and request for the key speech lines in English spoken language.
